为扩大和促进信息与计算机前沿技术等研究领域的学术交流与相互合作，第八届电子技术与信息科学国际学术会议（ICETIS 2023）将于2023年3月24-26日在隆重举行，本次会议由大连交通大学与大连民族大学联合主办；大连民族大学计算机科学与工程学院，大连交通大学计算机与通信工程学院联合承办；英国利兹三一大学协办。本次会议将邀请多位重量级嘉宾出席报告！
大会面向基础与前沿、学科与产业，探究了学术界和产业界面临的机遇与挑战，建立起前沿学术交流的平台，推动相关研究与应用的发展与进步，推进学科的发展和促进人才培养。我们欢迎各学者从多个领域进行探讨研究，会议现向各学者征集稿件并将通过EI目录系列期刊出版及发表会议论文集，最终提交至EI和SCOPUS等数据库检索，征稿主题包括但不限于以下方面：电子工程、机械工业、计算机工程、人工智能、算法、自动化软件工程、生物信息学和科学计算等。
本次论坛诚邀国内外高校、科研机构专家、学者，企业界人士及其他相关人员参会交流。与会代表不仅可以聆听国内外知名专家精彩报告，并且可以亲自参与其中与来自世界各地的专家学者进行面对面的交流与探讨。

The 8th International Conference on Electronic Technology and Information Science（ICETIS 2023） is organized by Dalian Jiaotong University and Dalian Minzu University, Co-organized by Leeds Trinity University, UK.
The 8th International Conference on Electronic Technology and Information Science（ICETIS 2023）, will be held on March 24-26, 2023. ICETIS 2023 will bring together top professionals from industry, government, and academia from around the world. ICETIS 2023 includes invited talks, oral presentations and poster presentations of refereed papers. This conference offers good opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas, and to establish research and/or business links, as well as to build global partnership for potential collaboration.
The accepted papers, will be published and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to: Electrical engineering, mechanical industry, computer engineering, artificial intelligence, algorithms, automated software engineering, bioinformatics and scientific computing.
